Shipping & Returns

1. We do not offer returns or refunds unless and until the product is damaged. Requirements to apply for a refund.

a) You must have a unboxing video as proof.

b)Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

c) Proof of purchase such as a receipt.

2. Not eligible

a)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

b) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

c) If the item purchased was on sale.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be refunded.

4. After an order is placed, please note that your package will be delivered from 5-7 business days. Sometimes it may get even more delayed due current pandemic situation and are delivered according to their state lock down regulations.
