Are you newly diagnosed with celiac disease? Do you need a refresher? Then join Melinda Dennis, MS, RDN, LD, for a virtual presentation followed by a group discussion on the topic of “Gluten-Free Labeling Deep Dive: Advanced Labeling/Cross Contact.”

You are welcome to attend this virtual class before or after your nutrition appointment with Melinda. This virtual class is optional; Melinda will address the most relevant topics with you over the course of several clinical nutrition visits.

Please note: You do not need to attend the “Gluten-Free Labeling 101” class in order to attend the “Gluten-Free Labeling Deep Dive” class.

What to have for this class:

• Microsoft Teams video conference platform installed on your computer (Melinda will share a presentation; using your video is optional but encouraged)
• Be comfortable being in a group teaching setting
