Our Residents
Clare Cycz, PharmD
Clare graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy (go dogs). She then went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Her interests within critical care include the medical ICU and emergency medicine, but she’s looking forward to exploring all avenues of critical care. Outside of work, Clare enjoys trying new restaurants and breweries, particularly those that have a selection of sours . She has also recently picked up rock climbing in an attempt to get over her fear of heights and is currently looking for a climbing partner in the area!
Matthew Thaller, PharmD
Matt graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. He went on to complete his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT where he continued to develop an interest in critical care. Upon completion on his PGY-2, he hopes to practice as a critical care pharmacist at a large academic medical center, as well as be involved in academic to continue precepting students and residents. Outside of pharmacy, he enjoys hiking, checking out pop-ups and local breweries, and spending time with friends and family.
